I kind of like a mixed look, but I don't know if I'd go half and half on the chest. I think one side having a pink arm and leg looks good, but what about either doing all grey for the chest or doing like the top tier pink and the rest grey?
Breaking up a colour scheme can always be both visually interesting and a means of eliminating boredom in painting. Personally, I prefer the model on the left, though you could always add more grey by doing select plates in the alternate colour
